These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online store by consumers and businesses.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities. A business is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
For businesses, the following applies: If the business uses conflicting or supplementary General Terms and Conditions, their validity is hereby objected to; they only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.
The purchase contract is concluded with Tomasz Borzecki myRoom69.
By placing products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button to accept the offer for the products in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
The applicability of the respective product description as an essential part of the contract is noted.
Subject to your statutory warranty rights, we would like to draw your attention to the following specifics. Please contact us in case of uncertainties:
Due to individual screen configurations (e.g., resolution and brightness), slight deviations between the displayed and the actual product colors are possible.
We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the order process.
We only deliver by shipping. It is not possible to collect the goods yourself.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
The prices stated at the time of ordering apply. These are total prices and include VAT.
The price is due upon conclusion of the contract unless a later date is specified in the payment terms.
For consumers: In the event of a payment delay, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 1.50 euros per reminder from the second reminder onwards. You are allowed to prove that lesser damage has occurred. Other claims remain unaffected.
For businesses: In the event of a payment delay, we reserve the right to charge the statutory default interest at nine percentage points above the base rate and a flat fee of 40 euros. Other claims remain unaffected.
The following payment methods are available in our shop.
Prepayment By choosing prepayment, we will provide you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods upon receipt of payment.
Credit Card You enter your credit card details in the order process. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
Klarna In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (“Klarna”), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is available only for consumers. Unless otherwise regulated, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. Further information is available for each payment option and in the ordering process.
Invoice purchase via Klarna The invoice amount is due 30 days after dispatch of the goods and receipt of the invoice.
Klarna may offer additional payment methods to registered and selected customers according to their own criteria in the customer account. However, we have no influence on the provision of these methods; additional individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with Klarna. More information can be found in your Klarna account.
Klarna Credit Card In the order process, you enter your credit card details. Your card is charged by Klarna immediately after placing the order. No address and credit check takes place.
Klarna Direct Debit You grant Klarna a SEPA direct debit mandate. Klarna will inform you about the date of account debit (so-called prenotification). The account debit occurs after dispatch of the goods.
Instalment Purchase via Klarna You can pay the invoice amount in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount. The minimum instalment amount is 6.95 euros.
Klarna may offer additional payment methods to registered and selected customers according to their own criteria in the customer account (e.g., interest-free installment plans). However, we have no influence on the provision of these methods; additional individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with Klarna. PayPal To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer additional payment methods to registered and selected customers according to their own criteria in the customer account. However, we have no influence on the provision of these methods; additional individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with PayPal. Sofort by Klarna To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have a bank account that is activated for online banking, authenticate yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account is charged immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
If goods with obvious transport damage are delivered, please complain about such defects as soon as possible to the carrier and please contact us immediately. The failure to file a complaint or to contact us has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
