These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online store by consumers and businesses.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities. A business is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
For businesses, the following applies: If the business uses conflicting or supplementary General Terms and Conditions, their validity is hereby objected to; they only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.
The purchase contract is concluded with Tomasz Borzecki myRoom69.
By placing products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button to accept the offer for the products in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
The applicability of the respective product description as an essential part of the contract is noted.
Subject to your statutory warranty rights, we would like to draw your attention to the following specifics. Please contact us in case of uncertainties:
Due to individual screen configurations (e.g., resolution and brightness), slight deviations between the displayed and the actual product colors are possible.
We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the order process.
We only deliver by shipping. It is not possible to collect the goods yourself.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
The prices stated at the time of ordering apply. These are total prices and include VAT.
The price is due upon conclusion of the contract unless a later date is specified in the payment terms.
For consumers: In the event of a payment delay, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 1.50 euros per reminder from the second reminder onwards. You are allowed to prove that lesser damage has occurred. Other claims remain unaffected.
For businesses: In the event of a payment delay, we reserve the right to charge the statutory default interest at nine percentage points above the base rate and a flat fee of 40 euros. Other claims remain unaffected.
The following payment methods are available in our shop.
Bank Transfer (Vorkasse)
When selecting the payment method “Bank Transfer,” we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email, and the goods will be shipped after the payment has been received.
Credit Card
During the order process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (“Klarna”), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise stated below, payments via Klarna require a successful address and credit check and are processed directly with Klarna. Further details are available in the respective payment option and during the checkout process.
Invoice Purchase via Klarna
The invoice amount is due 30 days after the goods have been shipped and the invoice has been received.
Klarna Credit Card
During the checkout process, you enter your credit card details. Your card is charged immediately after placing the order via Klarna. No address or credit check is required.
Klarna Direct Debit
You authorize Klarna to debit your bank account via SEPA Direct Debit. Klarna will notify you of the debit date (so-called “Prenotification”). The account will be charged after the goods have been shipped.
Klarna Installment Purchase
You can pay the invoice amount in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount. The minimum installment is €6.95.
Klarna may offer additional payment options in your Klarna account, depending on their criteria. We have no influence on these options, and any additional payment methods concern your contractual relationship with Klarna. For further details, please refer to your Klarna account.
PayPal
To pay via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, log in with your credentials, and confirm the payment. The transaction is processed immediately after placing the order. Further details are provided during checkout.
PayPal may offer additional payment options in your PayPal account based on their criteria. We have no influence over these options, and any additional payment methods concern your contractual relationship with PayPal. For more details, please refer to your PayPal account.
Sofort by Klarna
To pay via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have an online banking-enabled bank account, authenticate yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment. Your account will be charged immediately after placing the order. Further details are provided during checkout.
Google Pay
With Google Pay, you can pay easily and securely using your Google account. The payment is processed through the payment method stored in your Google account. The transaction is completed immediately after placing the order.
Apple Pay
With Apple Pay, you can securely and conveniently pay using your Apple device. The payment is processed via the payment method stored in your Wallet app. The transaction is completed immediately after placing the order.
If goods with obvious transport damage are delivered, please complain about such defects as soon as possible to the carrier and please contact us immediately. The failure to file a complaint or to contact us has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
